60 minutes on H1B violators like Follett

Great story on 60 minutes about companies like Follett that replace workers ONSITE abusing the H1B program and require the employees to train their replacements. It is too late for me since Follett did this to me in November, but hopefully will help those still employed. Enough is enough.

I agree, H1Bs are not need anymore and we need to lobby congress to change the laws. H1Bs are cheap s---ers and they make half of american salary. Call Trump to deport them.

All of the H1b abuse comes from American executives.

Look at the facts. Most of the H1B visa abuse comes from India.

Y'all scare me.

Follett abused front line employees so they could cut their salary without having to pay severance. These were people with 15, 20, 25 years with the company! They were "suddenly stupid" and they were abused out the door! follett abdicated the high ground many years ago. These people were replaced by 2 or 3 American part time workers. In the end, the employee was abused, forced to work in a toxic workplace and replaced by people less skilled than they.

Stop focusing on nationality! Bottom line is follett felt someone would do your job for less money than you wanted. Period. H1b gave them a pool of employees. It could have been Whitewater JC, or Denton CC. follett doesn't honor time with the company or skill sets! They're terrible!

That was a very interesting story, I fell so bad for those employees & the brutality of their employers, Disney? bottom line is greed on the corporation side & not caring their employees. Eventually this will blow up in corporations faces. Karma is a B****!

I'll never forget when one of my direct reports told me that it was starting to look like little India.
