In years past people knew "performace" payouts almost a month out. Seems like it's a week or less before payout and still nothing heard. Are they really trying hard to keep it under wraps and prevent revolt? Are they exceptionally biased this time? I'm just waiting for my yearly 8%.

Very true and most people make over 20% bonuses
There are non-degrees employees in senior management positions who kissed a-- for years and are now making decisions about who to keep and who to sweep out the door. Incompetent, insecure and only wanting to keep those who can be controlled. Best wishes to all

It's even disgusting that APC replaced an educated, hard-working and dedicated employee with a moron without a high school diploma who can't even write a complete sentence free of any grammar or spelling errors. He has a BIG mouth willing to "blow" ...
I think some operator and other non-degreed positions get bonuses less than 10%.
I find it rich that someone would misspell "you're" when calling someone else a moron, though.
