Our management is simply poor, directors and VP don't have any clue of what Quality means. There is no vision or roadmap, all hands meetings are 0, no communications at all with engineering teams, VP is not reachable, Director does not have idea how to treat the customers and even cannot create a customer presentation, manager is new and totally lost as his director and VP are same or worse. I am just doing my daily work but thinking very seriously to quit as there is no motivation.

Top notch ballers all around my team.
The whole Quality team is and has been a team that does not provide any significant value, management cannot stand in front of any team due to their lack of knowledge and expertise. VP and senior director are coming from companies with very bad reputation and their background does not match the needs at QC. please fire them!!!
