Dear Head managements, After greetings for you all the below text is one of the corruption things happening in Your branch in EGYPT. Last week the XLP for oil and gas &HR manager and senior operation for LUFKIN in EGYPT decided to lay off 10 employees and this not the first time and they make the below . Lay off without . 1-They don't tell all employees the GE policy for lay off and they said it's not available for employees to know this part. 2-They want to give us a few money to singe the resignation 3-I know this is not the GE policy or mentality.please help us in that case because we want to keep our view about General Electric integrity as we knows.
