TMG loves the PhD on H1B, the come get 6 figure salary, buy a house and start a family. Indentured slave to be abused by management to work 7 days a week, can't leave as they got family obligations, house etc.

They got them locked down working 80-100 hours a week 7 days a week for about 3-4 years, brilliance, simply brilliance!

Many of them are good only under tight/micro management. Let them work unattended for a week and they get stuck on an unforeseen but trivial problem. After 3 months, you might find out that the results are useless and you have to do it over.
