HCM RN and I just submitted 2 week notice. God spoke to me this morning and said "it is time". I have never felt better about a decision in my life. My health and well being have suffered immensely at the hands of this money hungry company and micromanager coaches

Those of you that found other better jobs....I'm looking but I do not want to go back to clinical. Did you find other telephonic or non clinical RN jobs? Do you know how to find a headhunter? Thanks
How did you come up with that figure? Does it include all the crap at the hospitals for ER, med surg and labor and delivery in which you have to have 2 years recent hospital experience? Does it include travel nurse positions or the agency stuff which isn't guaranteed? Also, how many of them require you to be bilingual now? I have been searching since the first week of February and have found nothing. RN with 20+ years as a nurse. I am in Florida and have even looked at jobs an hour away from my home and I have seen nothing. What websites are you using?

There are 14.000 RN openings in just the state of FL so there are plenty of jobs, we don't need to put up with the abuse! God will lead you to where you are supposed to be, he already lead you to nursing!
Hoping for guidance and blessings too. I have had several "we have chosen another candidate" from my application and two interviews that I was "passed over for other more qualified candidate" however been a nurse > 25 yrs, case management 10 yrs and worked numerous areas of hands on patient care in critical care, ICU trauma and hospice. My experience is vast and so frustrated in the job market. Lord please put me where you want me as this place is hurting me physically, mentally and emotionally....
I have interviewed as well. Still waiting to hear but it has not been hopeful for me. I too am tired of TQR and call audits. I got low scores again. They tell you your scores are low but do not tell you what you need to do to fix it. Setting us up for failure. What have your scores been on your call audits? Do your coaches tell you guys or keep that secret until they can use it against you in the layoffs?
Yes Im praying and keeping faith in God that he will provide for me and my family. I have had several interviews that the jobs fell thu. I know that God wants me to stay here at this time I guess and is waiting to place the right one in front of me when he is ready. Keep the faith its in his hands, he is in control.
I am an HCM RN as well and have just had 2 interviews for 2 awesome jobs! Praying God delivers me and anyone else out of this sweat shop! Hoping to turn in my resignation soon!
I resigned last week, just finished my 2nd day at my new job---- reading mission, values etc, "we keep our staff happy, then are members are happy"------Humana lost that, I am soooooo happy to be gone!!!!!

The HCM SS 's were encouraged to "Rise Up" as in make as many calls as possible, vs standing up for those who cannot afford their medications and medical bills. I hope to leave soon too. It seems that Humana is trying to sabotage Obamacare too.
Also HCM RN and resigned this week. So ready for a fresh start where my experience will be appreciated. And no more care plans, call audits, TQR, micromanagement, MF, and surveys. Yippeee!!! Best wishes to all you who have stood up and left on their own accord and special thoughts to the many who were terminated. Spreading the word too to avoid this toxic company.
God also answered my prayers I have never in my 20 years as an RN been treated so badly . I feel for my members they deserve better. I have won two STAR awards for my case management abilities so I know it is not me!! This company went down the toilet fast a year ago when the merger didn't go as planned.
I have resigned also. I'm a HCM RN. It is so easy to get another higher paying job. Bye Humana. You are not as great as you think you are.

I'm an HCM RN and gave notice yesterday morning too! I've never had a job that was so top heavy in management, who are worried about losing their jobs, and are constantly tweaking this program for their contributions so they don't lose their jobs! They've made our jobs impossible!
Thank you all. I don't have another job yet but I have several really good prospects and an interview last week went well. God will provide...he always does.

Bless you! I also under estimated Gods providence. I gave 1 day notice they don't deserve more. And was provided a job PT (I wanted the whole time I was with Humana) as RN & making much more per hour! No weekends No call!
