Recurrent TQR reports... what will happen?

So what happens if you are on the TQR often? Is that grounds for discipline?

I remember we did have quality metrics: something like less that 30% of charts audited failed. If we were over that, we were subject to coaching and if no improvement then PIP. It was very frustrating, especially during last summer's CMS audits, to make enough calls for that metric while making sure each chart was perfect. I used to go back at night and go over my charts to make sure they were okay. Now, they don't want you to fully complete a chart before moving on to the next one so my late night revisions were nixed. I expected some leniency in the TQR and call metrics after 2.0 but there was none. Not only do you have to transition the chart from 1 to 2, you have to make sure an already transitioned chart had been done the right way before you could update it. So much time to ensure everything was correctly moved over and 2.0 did not magically make charting easier like they claimed. My roster was up to 420 members with over 100 overdue alerts and 75 OD MOCs. No hope of ever catching up on that!
