That's a smokescreen! Intel needs to address the way it treats its employee (URM and non-URM). The work environment at Intel is very discriminatory not only for URMs but for others. The environment is toxic and does not depend on your contributions, but how much a-- you can kiss. If your manager doe not like you, he/she will concoct anything to get rid of you. You may be overly qualified than your manager and that manager could perceive you as threat to their position and thus will move heaven and earth to get rid of you. My advice is: stay away whether URM or non-URM.
