It was three Coaches, also HCM RNs and CHEs were impacted.... And yes some of the CHEs and RNs were recently on FMLA. You are guaranteed a job until you return but not after. Update your resume and be prepared, leadership (specifically one director) does not care and will continue to "realign". She was brought in to affect the bottom line and she does not care how big your rosters gets or if she eliminates the heart that once existed at Humana. The impossible expectations will continue to be there because it all continues to make her look good to M and that is all she cares about.

One director? MR? Cause I am not sure she has a clue about how to do anything correctly. She would set her mom on fire for a buck!!!
I am a HCM RN and I have two interviews this week.
Thank you for your post. Sounds like honesty is not Humana's best policy. I agree that updating our resumes is the best way to prepare along with actively looking for alternative employment.
