We can thank the nepotism world at Cisco for keeping some of those to survive our quarterly LRs. I'm disgusted by those who have ingrained themselves to the detriment of Cisco culture so they can be transitioned to roles where they have no business being. I can think of 3 people who are now in charge of major roles who are not qualified. Listened to one of these people give his 'talk' to our all hands and it was EXTREMELY clear he is out of his league. His knowledge level is subpar.
