The new joiners (freshers) after college dont have a clue of what an IT company does.
They are roaming all over the place thinking that this is an extension of college. most of the guys n gals just hanging out near the cafeteria and garden in shorts and sneakers does not look professional.
Their college type attitude has spoiled the company in the last 1 - 2 years.
