Did you bother to look at whats required to give WARNS?
Employment and Training Administration, Labor § 639.3 - go read it yourself.
Sounds like they may just sneek some of the people at 1250 in this. 40 to 75 may be about how many matrix people are left and I don't believe there are 75 people that work at corporate office in total.
I'm not positive, but those who received severance did so on the condition that they waive the warning.
