Now lets be fair. We all know the way you get a raise on your paycheck is by selling more credit and replacement/repair plans. Honestly, everyone should be making at least $30 per hour if they would just asked the questions correctly to every customer.

When we ask the first thing the customer asks is; "what happens if you go out of business?", What store do I go to if you close?. We just give them the number to customer relations at Sears.
