Your fearless IT Service Desk Director is headed to India to scope out service desks to replace the Plano desk (and the folks moving to Texas to work there ) already. Disgusting.

Hate to see the jobs go, but the service has been terrible since it went service central. Numerous gaffs and incompetence. Just had another ticket closed as complete without being fixed. ANOTHER ONE. Don't see it getting any worse.
Currently in house split between bethpage and Texas- Texas team isn't working out so they are trying to go off shore.
Is Service Central in house or outsource? As I contacted Service Central once for a simple fix that I could have done if I had admin rights. The Rep had to remote into PC and couldn't fix said will escalate to higher support. I told him I can fix with admin rights then magically he knew how to fix.
