Those headcount expansion is due to college entry grads coming in as SDRs/BDCs happy to be apart of a tech company only to realize it's not what it was painted to be.
Go sell refrigerators if you really lost your job! It's because you didn't make your quota. Stop whining you CRM troll...LOL... you can't even count to 25 let alone have 25 direct reports.
People who were laid off 6/1 stay on the payroll for the month on many cases so will not be off Aria for that period of time
And yes they are hiring newbies for oD and Indians for support etc

Fake Fake Fake... CRM is a troll company...I can prove this is a complete fabrication...go whine somewhere else, a few people lost there jobs, happens all the time. If your truly are with Oracle then you know this is just a lie and you can search to prove it. CRM is in trouble, watch what happens in the coming quarters, it might hit 100 but Salesforce’s EV-to-EBITDA multiple is 83.59 it just a matter of time before this comes crashing down. Marc already tried to shop the company around and no takers, at least for now. Get ready to get whacked troll babies, might take a year but it's coming and it will be nasty.
There were layoffs all over. The people saying it are not trolls. The company is in a downward spiral and staffing roles with younger people and millennials who are calling customers trying to sell millions of dollars in software. This place is the worst company I've ever worked at. And most of the mid and top level managers never even earned their stripes. All BS. That's why none of them can leave cause no one wants them.
