Lead by example? You f---ing kidding right? Let me know when your I.Q. gets above room temp. A guy got hurt putting a f---ing ladder inside a round shell. What does every ladders safety sticker say on the first f---ing line???? Flat surface ring a bell?? Sad part is I would bet you completely missed that one. Yes lack of common sense and miss use of tools is what got him hurt.

Must be an office Personnel comedy that have never worked seven days a week they could get their pedicures messed up. bunch of faggets. You can always tell office personnel with the rude left his comments thinking they're better than everyone
