anyone know what the story is with this store- it is owned by the company or leased- also it seems well stocked but no one seems to be in the store just a handful of bored employees hanging around- is it profitable?

SRG has real estate partnerships with General Growth Properties and Simon Properties.
Meaning the General Growth properties and Simon as being two different things.
It's not listed on the seritage website as being a seritage property if that helps. My Sears store is held by them so I don't know too much about General Growth properties and the partnership they have with Simon (?) Or whomever.
