Seems Pontiac is not very well liked on this board. I would tend to agree. I was not impressed when I visited there several times. Management are a lot of whiners. Just close up shop there DXC. Make em feel the pain of job transition stress.
event management in Pontiac are the 1st on the scene... are you L3 SA's gonna sit up all night, waiting for alerts, and take action? gather parties, engage the SMT, and get conference lines initiated? NO your going to say I'm L3 and that's above me. On some platforms we are performing both L1 and L2 support, and there are not tons of us left. try 2 of us supporting mutliple clients with multiple platforms, using multiple tools, because HPE never followed the EDS way of "leveraged support and forcing clients to get on board with our tools and processes.

We had done a zero based accounting in my previous large organization and it pointed out the low hanging fruits to start removing from the process to see what the impacts are and start sidelining them for other use. There are many departments already mentioned above should be looked at it closely. The entire model of putting a straight jacket on clients is not what we sell but that is what deploy and no one is sitting down and looking closely to see where things are going wrong (top to bottom the entire stack is in dark).

All the management in Pontiac should be removed. The place is a total mess right now. People leaving, people returning because they can't find decent 3rd world low quality people. I can only guess the financials are all hosed up. Call in the Auditors. Should be interesting to see if they are still in the black. Bankruptcy can actually save and reorganize them. Remember YOU DID this to yourselves DXC. You hosed people, families, and customers by just trying to save a few million dollars. Your case should be published in college text books in HOW NOT TO BEST SHORE a company.
