More layoffs ....... 2017 x 2 and the year isn't even over yet. For the 2nd time in 2017, Goodbye to many, many excellent, hard working, dedicated employees. Again employees with 15, 20+ years targeted and now history. But the executives live large. Flying all over the place "saving the company" HA. Staying in the nicest hotels. Louis is always sure to look in the mirror because he loves himself so much and views everyone else as a slave or pee-on. The C-level execs in this company are so incompetent and dis-liked (to put it mildly). Going to work for this organization everyday is just awful. Please, please sell ASAP to an organization who has a management team that knows the business, not this team of dilusional Avid C-level execs.

CEO's ("Lose-It Louis") latest administrative assist team fessed up to the emails they read to justify the Dolby inquiry in response to the up-for-purchase solicit but Dolby underbid. Matter of time.

It's happening

FACT - Dolby made an official offer but the offer was declined. Probably an Avid power play to re-negotiate the audio side of the business. Can't speak to the Microsoft play though
