This year the focus is on Tricare, and they are looking to expand in home services, working with doctors, and expanding the pharmacy and behavioral health. ER is leaving in July.
There are changes, but not ready to be shared yet (the most honest thing said in one of these things)....my thought? it would seem that PHCs and CHEs may be evolved, licensed staff are needed due to CMS regulations and in home services will expand, so a focus off the phone, and into the field, with a focus on behavioral health
