We are way y top heavy. We continue to create many titles for VP’s - we have VPs for this VPs for that, VPs for everything. Now we are outsourcing electronic board build outside the country, how low is that... Also, what about promoting from inside.... Most hiring seems to be coming from outside the company. No longer there is very chance of promoting from within the company. The personnel department has become an HR department, tryly. The workers are now just a resource, just a number on a spreadsheet, they are not valued anymore.
There are a lot of good people here that will be losing their jobs, and we do not want to promote from within, we hire from the outside and want to have contractors or want to outsource work to somebody else - why not keep jobs in the USA??? They can do a much better job than any outside company in a random country! Remember, there is no quality like a American-Built quality.
