Just a paycheck, and a crappy one at that. A company that truly cares about its employees doesn't have to spend so much time telling you how much you mean to them. That's what makes Lowe's a joke.
Lowe's is about the bottom dollar, so treat them that way. Take as much as you can while giving them as little as you have to in order to get paid. That's what most people there do anyway. Most of the people at my store can't stand Lowe's, and it shows. They look like drones shuffling around and waiting for lunch or quitting time. How sad.
