So how do you think tomorrow's vote is going to go?

It makes absolutely NO sense for them to send the work to Wichita. Those guys make $2/hour MORE than us - not to mention their bonuses and benefits.
How about SALARY considering taking a wage reduction? Their bonuses START at 6%.
I'm getting tired of the salary people pissing and moaning because we opted not to take the screwing for the team this time. Time for them to do THEIR part to make sure jobs stay in Tulsa.
That was about a contract negotiation between spirit and the union. The union voted it down and sealed its fate. Bet the site will be moved to Wichita.
Saw a large number of vehicles leaving Spirit around 10:30 this morning, what was that all about?
Well I hope the people that voted NO realize they may not have jobs in less than 2 years! So disappointed. The company is gonna propose the same darn thing for the next contract. If it's even that good. We need that work here morons!
I hope it is very large NO. Why should workers agree to frozen wages and bad health insurance for 8 years. We the employees should not pay for Spirit signing bad contracts and making poor decisions. Let the CEO & office staff wave their GIANT BONUS & take a pay cut.
