Please stop blaming the nurses for what has happened or will happen. We don't want to do your job. We didn't ask to do your job. Being nasty and hateful to us won't make your job more secure. Why why WHY would so many of you actively try to sabatoge us out of anger? WE DIDN'T DO THIS.

Sounds like an elitist comment. Tired of my position being looked down on.
I'm an unlicensed PHC and through of all my many conversations with fellow PHC's, never once have I heard anyone express any interest in sabotaging anyone.
In fact, every time I have worked with nurses they have always been great, and I have only been grateful for their help with my members. Is this really a thing? Or maybe just a bad apple, which every company has?
I honestly do not believe anyone is out to get the licensed staff. I seem to recall that not too long ago it was all the licensed staff that was complaining about labor abuses. I am aware that not everything is greener on your side of the fence. Now just like any job there are some people that are nasty but that has nothing to do with having a license or not. My opinion is that I am a college grad, I have a lot of experience, and I do not feel less than because I don't have a license. It is actually arrogant to suggest anyone is envious of your role If you think about it for a moment. If Humana can't recognize my talents, skills, and experience then I will find a company that does. No jealousy involved.
You don't need our help, you are doing a really good job for yourselves.
Where did that come from? I don't know a single person out to sabotage the nurses!
I must have missed something. I'm unlicensed and have nothing but respect for nurses, also for hcmss, RS, RIT, CHE's - I am rooting for all of you / us.
