I heard that employees in GURGAON INDIA - PARAS TWIN TOWERS (GGN03) have been asked to book flight to Bangalore to attend an offsite meeting for 3 days starting coming Monday. This news is coming on the backdrop of proposed L&T technologies takeover of Cisco's Evolution and IVP projects and two directors from Bangalore SPVSS group are in LAWRENCEVILLE this week for offsite meeting and then there is a news that VP Engineering from SPVSS group is coming to Bangalore from LAWRENCEVILLE. If you link all this together, it is more-likely that this deal is being announced next week.

NDS gave importance to its ppl first then customers delivery n then the margin. With Cisco taking over the four quadrants of NDS which made a successful organisation was overturned as margins, delivery, customers n then it's own people. Result is NDS thrown in to bad light n getting sold again
