You can see the writing on the wall...cater to big spending contractors & screw the individual customer via the overworked PT and FT staff. I hate those ProServices d---s, who are overpaid, don't do sh--, have cushy hours, and whose sales represent only 15% of the store's profits. Have you ever seen those a---kissing cookouts they have for all the "professional" customers?
Lowe's is just a hump of a company, making what it can while it can, and to hell with the people that work for them. Sickening.
