CEOs Tackle Skills Gap as a ‘National Crisis’ Threatening America’s Economic Future

In case you missed it last week, Ginni was at the North American CEO Forum along with 29 other CEO's from large corporations to discuss their current and future approaches to tackling the supposed "Skills Gap" in the U.S. Ginni sure has a busy political schedule on top of her surely hectic CEO schedule. Surprised she has the time to do both at a respectable level, oh wait. . .

Now, it's worth reading the report they've assembled (also linked below) regarding the alleged skills shortage here in the U.S. for jobs (a "National Crisis" by their reckoning. . ), I mean given all the years of RA's of highly skilled & experienced workers that were tossed in the dumpster, perhaps there'd no alleged shortage at all if the RA's weren't anywhere near as frequent or far-reaching, yes? Or perhaps I'm just being logical.

Ginni is solving the skills gap by adding tens of thousands of highly skilled people to the job market. Their new employers will benefit.
