Some employees to be laid off on the 9th of June weren't informed and found out when they got letters telling them about COBRA insurance. All sales personnel have been told to cancel all industry conference attendance where they market to existing and potential clients. Facilities are being shuttered and moved to tiny locations where employees will have 4'x4' cubes (16 Sq ft) . NO need for a competitor to buy them. Just wait for customers to abandon ship. Leaders are scrambling to save their resumes while employees suffer.

This is absolutely correct. No notice was given and some unnamed individuals in middle management that had prior knowledge utilized this as an opportunity to slander hard working employees in order to save face in front of the customer.
