Sr Manager in ETS Clearwater should be criminally charged for creating a culture that rewards engineers that overcharge the government while punishing those that do the right thing. She has created a Wells Fargo culture and now we are all about to pay for it. This is the direct result of EEI and Yield.

Culture problem in Clearwater?...direct result of the Multi-Site Leader there who created it.
I was a manager in ETS before I left and trust me when I say this, it was way overdued. We were told to push the metrics and be creative in 15 minute increments.
Again, spouting about it here gives the bad actors time to cover their tracks and create a corrective action. You're HR bulletin board should have the appropriate whistleblower call in number, but you're probably too chicken shiitake to do anything about it.
That explains all the activity in Clearwater.
The Gestapo is not worried about you working from home, as long as it's in ADDITION to your office hours. In fact, adding additional hours is encouraged, as long as you're salary and not hourly.
I wonder what the ant-WFH Gestapo would think of this practice.
If true, that is fraud, even if government program is not involved since those actions affect overhead rates. Need evidence, though. http://www.dodig.mil/hotline/
You must be taking about Sr Tech Manaher S.A. - yeah, the culture is not good. It is about metrics in the wild and a free for all. Managers pushing engineers to turn on the laptop at night and charge the program to make it a 44 hours week or to make up general allowable so it does not affect yield. If you ask me, that is fraud.
