Not sure if all the answers are legit here (Are friends in Pune seem to have a good sense of humor) but we did receive our best bonus in Nortel days when we were in Chapter 11. Could be happening again, quasi retention bonus.
Came back from vacation and got surprise gift from my manager with 18.25% hike and Rs 32k AIP.
nothing more can be expected after getting SRC in last pmp.
Nice bonus and pay raise here in the US for me! If you didn't get one, you did not earn it! Stop crying, get to work!
We should get rid of these Indians not give them hike.
Good to know that Indians are still getting pay raises during bankruptcy... Do you have some kind of magic wand? or Executives are so foolish to give you raises. What is it?
Pune site is busy in preparation. Whoever could get accomodated in Nice is already there.
Hike is just a deviation from problem for those who can be deviated not for smart ones.
