There are probably only 2 left anyway. How can an entire functional group be only women?

Sounds like discrimination to me. Unless you happen to work for QC and had to paid out a legal settlement for it happening in the other direction.
It's statistics, gotta happen. As a man I would really welcome a women-only group! Still doesn't compensate for all the men only groups.
