Too many illegals from south of the border got hired and got promoted to KSR and DM. Don't believe me? I've worked with KSR's that don't speak a lick of English, they would write notes to me as if a kindergartner wrote them, the DMs in my area were just as incompetent. They work hard, and management thought that a hard worker would make a great leader, although they lacked an "ejumakashun". I think the DM was hired right from the Home Depot parking lot.
My goodness....way too many folks on these threads who have the spelling skills of a third grader....how did you ever get hired??
Actually I can spell very well. I can also structure a sentence very well. Sorry. Just goofing with the ebonics.
It seems K leadership just couldn't listen to us rubes on the street. It's not as if we haven't dealt store level with Walmart store brain trust. Once again Hubris.
