Allstate..youre in good hands..NOT! Amazing decision came down today.. Laying off our regional manager/senior employees and disrupting the morale of offices nationwide.
It was a 10 minute one way conference call by the CFO giving termination notices without any face to face interaction. The decision to go paperless and quick foto claim handling knocked out our most experienced field adjusters overnight in CA including all of our dispatch employees.
With QFC you get underwritten estimates based on photos that you submit with large supplements that will come in once your vehicle goes to the shop and in most cases delays your claim all together and your car in the end becomes a total loss. Total nightmare! With this, Allstate expects its employees, those who are left to work even harder to absorb the cuts when it was already a slave shop.
I'm currently in claims at Allstate and I will be actively looking for new employment far away from the insurance business. The corruption is clearly at the top stuffing their wallets at the expense of their employees and the consumers.
