I recently got an email that said they are going to revert back to department leads in this next phase of the layoff which would mean the support managers and service managers would be "scratched" from the team. i honestly don't know if this is true but kinda don't wanna be a support manager at the moment.

Jumped ship of the nation's #1 home improvement retailer to join this hot mess... what a mistake. I want to get fired, collect unemployment and have time to look for a real job. Lowe's is stuck in the year 2000 technology-wise. The way the company does business is regrettable... let's just give the store away, why don't we?
Leads are returning. SSMs aren't going anywhere. Service ASM position will be eliminated.
