Definitely look under the hood. We are told to tell our OnPrem customers to invest in the Cloud. We package it as part of their OnPrem deal as a "discount" but the customer has zero plans to implement it. ERP is a great example of this.
Cloud is growing and we're not tell you that it's growing because oracle is "persuading" customers to convert existing support costs for on-prem solution to cloud, so no new revenues and no new cash, but hay as long as you don't look under the hood oracle is a cloud company.
