No matter what your path to becoming a DXC employee. Your years/decades of loyalty to Hp, HPE, CSC and the others mean absolutely f@ckall to this catastrophic company. They have no scruples or loyalty regarding you. Your life, your commitment are meaningless to this ruthless management regime. Don't for one minute believe they have any regard for your talent or loyalty. They are only interested in paying the lowest possible salary for questionable talent to replace you. Anyone outside the upper circles of management will be removed within the next year. Do not believe any of the propaganda morale boosting b@llocks you are being fed right now. Get searching for new employment asap. It is such a sad situation where a company with such possibilities is taking the easy way out to maximize the stock/share holders investments, instead of actually being productive with the talent they have. It all stems from old 'close to retirement' management' feathering their nests and making the stock/share holder some decent profits in the mean time. Just face the reality... "you are a pointless disposable asset"... you are f@cked if you have belief in this company. The inept lack of managements foresight is directly linked to their old school philosophy regarding the whole IT sector. The ship has sailed... the horse has bolted... the companies decision to place old, out of touch personnel into powerful positions consolidates the ineptitude of the company direction. Their desire to compete with the big players has been squashed. DXC is being led by a bunch of p@ssies. If only they had grown a pair a few years back and had some insight in to the future... there should have been no reason they could not have been a world player and have been up there with Google, Amazon. Microsoft, Apple. They gone f@cked up... and it's all on the heads of the pathetic leadership. DXC is f@cked. End of.

1 positive: ex-EDS folk in Australia receive very generous WFRs based on years of service (up to 40 weeks of pay). Party time for some but not for recent hires. Time to look elsewhere.
DXC is a dead floundering company. All the good people left or were given the boot or push overboard. What a pathetic example of how a company can be run into the ground and the employee and customer base so decimated. Just getting tired of seeing the same ole xhit. Can anyone tell me one just one positive thing about this company.
I only hope they get found out and get held to account for what they have done to people.
The CEO is an 80's throwback and his evil twisted unskilled HR executioner is worse still - I wonder what the company could have become if we had real leaders who inspire instead of the bully. The word is out on the street avoid DXC like the plague every recruiter says the same thing those that stay are the ones that cannnot get a role anywhere else, any decent people are in process to get out so in market terms it has become damaging to stay at DXC!!! The only thing I don't get is that despite how utterly abhorrent our leaders are they are not stupid they must see they have lost all the staff and no one cares a jot I don't know anyone that is actually working properly most folks are doing no more than a total of two days a week - as other comments have said when you have as much money as our leadership do it is hard to be worried about anything. Use the company for you and get out and put this mess in the rear view mirror and move on as DXC just doesn't matter.
It's been said before... but I really hope that karma comes back to bite these f@ckwits.
I'd love to know how they have f@cked up so badly. The lack of "finger on the pulse" of such a dynamic sector is almost criminal. They had the money to employ the best leadership in the world and from experience, I've worked with some of the best talent in the sector in their respective areas of expertise. There really is no excuse. They had the talent and they failed to utilize it. The possibility to compete at the top was always there. The incompetency of leadership/management is scandalous to say the least.
All those juicy govt contracts...wasted opportunities. Other companies are eating this lunch and DXC has lawsuits and legal bills.
They should be ashamed of themselves.. although they won't...'cos they don't actually give a f@ck... they are wealthy beyond their wildest dreams... despicable is not even strong enough to describe these loathsome "leaders" !
Hp, HPE and now DXC are the dinosaurs of the IT world. The blame lays firmly with the old out-of-touch leaders... Meg and Mike . Their selfishness and ineptitude is despicable.
