VP's in UK, almost 4 of them have failed to get any single new account in past 6 months.

It's a miracle how come the guys are still looting Syntel.

These people become VP, from DM few years ago, and get promoted every year.

But but but they fail to perform their roles, because they are not sales guys, but software engineers, who illegally got to VP roles.

First of all, I don't understand how are you having so many mgmt. Positions for VP designation.

Also, what's their KRA and basic responsibilities. How come they play none of the roles for a delivery person, as well as sales.

Need to introspect on Support department also.

Be ethical and equal.

Don't just target low level staff please.

DMS are made into VPs quickly as business is diminishing and if they are not promoted (of course without hike) they are easy catch for competitors. They have been promoted to their incompetence and will be made to leave on own accord and no one will pick them up in job market due to the label VP.

this slows down the business loss. see how the amexc account is gone.

We all value of AVP and VP in some global banks. (team leader is AVP and first level manager is VP)

Everyone who was promoted from DM to VP in the last 4-5 years has failed. Arrogant and non-producers. Banking, Ins & and HC&LS are in deep trouble Stale leadership, no direction and poor people skills

Confused state is Syntel in now.

This is worst management I have seen in my 18 Years.
