Employment attorney needed

Would somebody be able to recommend me a really good employment attorney. I think I may have a really good chance of suing AAP, my case is well documented and I would need a good attorney to put it together.

There is the number of instances where the law was breached as it relates to my employment, the management simply did not follow what is legally required. I hate to go down this road but given the difficult situation they put me in I don't have to resort to legally pursuing my rights.

Someone needs to stand up against this company and stop them from treating employees like dogs!! Maybe if your story gets out there may be others to follow suit. Just need a strong person to take the lead.

Wish you the best

cut their competition

Yes, this is done all the time. I've seen VPs being afraid of smart people as they feel their jobs may be in jeopardy. That's when they break laws and they let go people that should not be let go (as there is no reason for it other than the boss does not like you or fears you because you are smart).

@srb

sorry you simply don't get it. obviously your are not a manager or have never been a manager. It happens all the time that companies break the law - yes break the law - and AAP does it. I know i saw it, witnessed it, if they can't force you to quit they simply sidestep the rules and fire people. Reduction in Force is a great tool for removing employees. There are tons of managers, directors and VP's that simply fear others who are smarter then they are and they do everything they can to cut their competition.

if your gone its probably for a reason. you can whine and cry, but in the end its probably better to just look for gainful employment elsewhere. I long for the old days where employers could just get rid of whom they dont think is a good fit for their business. Now they have to jump thru hoops and keep people that are detrimental to them. LOTS of businesses here went belly up (big names) because they were forced to hire and keep people that were bad for business. Got so bad they were forced to close doors because nobody would go in anymore. Sue if you must but its probably a waste of time. IF your a good employee........you should get another job in a snap right?

Sorry to hear that. Good luck. Btw, posting names is not allowed here, advertising as well (site admins remove all personal info), so you'll probably get only general info or perhaps some links to point you in a right direction.

Wish you all the best.

You stand no chance - they will feed you to dogs - they will throw an army of attorneys at you and you will lose. Walk away.
