After spending over 5 years at a sopac store, I found the management to be highly unqualified and incompetent. Promotions were based on the buddy system, not qualifications. It's no wonder they have been struggling for so many years. People w/o any experience in a department we given free reign for running how they saw fit, and when things went wrong the employees were blamed. I've been waiting for this day so my stocks could go up and so a good concept could finally be run properly

No quality control. The spices were usually salt and pepper. Following recipes took too much time. The grill food was abominable. Highest quality? Only in theory.
Prep foods is not like that. In the south I worked there for a couple years and it seemed like a normal workplace

For sure it was who's a-- you kissed if you wanted to grow here in the south region for sure. They have a young idiot running prep foods who says more ums and aahs when he talking then a 12 year old
Blame the TMs always a coward. The leadership needed more mentors it wasn't there fault. Wfm got beat by the big boys its that simple. Can't compete on price or labor. Beezoos is in for a rude awakening. Even with all the bs advantages Amazon has.
