I'm an Allstate adjuster, they let several go in our area, I heard 750 outside field people nationwide were let go. We found out who was staying a going with a 4 minute phone conference call. Now, does this make sense and is something that you want to be used as a measuring stick for how you, the enterprise, treat your employees.
