I retired after 38 years because of the change in retirement benefits, now i see them changing and trying to settle claims from pictures, if i was a shop owner i would refuse to do Allstate work in my shop, i see this going back to what it was when i hired in 38 years ago when shops refused to do Allstate work, i feel so sorry for those that are affected by this, so unfair

I retired after 30 years, not only because I saw what was coming with Quick Foto, but because I was tired of being treated like crap by Allstate. The expectations to perform were unreasonable. Allstate customers should refuse to take their own photos and demand an adjuster to inspect their vehicle. I am pulling all my Allstate business and putting it elsewhere. Despicable how Allstate laid off their employees.
After 27 yrs in sales & service I can only say:"This isn't your Father's Allstate"--sad to see a company squeeze out the frontline folks who are the face of this company and pay a CEO $25 million a year for pandering to Wall St Weasels and allowing the company to write garbage business to show "growth" and market share. It's the equivalent of trying to make your garden grow w/ nuclear waste--this company & its top execs are only interested in short term gain for their own bank accounts--typical corporate America trickle up economics!!
