CSA 4 will be renamed Area Lead and given 8 core key as well as override card with C level overrides. This will be to assist with sales floor and front end unlocks.

I wonder what happens to the csa 4s that don't get or want to be key holders? Demotion? 1year to find new position?
I hope not, even since the dept manger purge our CSA4 walks around like she is the manager of the store. She is lazy but no one else wants to work walls and windows and put up with the inept CPO.
I just think that this would be insane.
But, at the same time, we've done a few insane business moves recently, so who can say that this will not happen.
