It seems like layoff might be canceled. It looks like BCG is gone and there is no mention by any communication or by executives.

They are waiting until lawsuits are over. They don't want to be perceived as bad in the media and to any judges making decisions. PJ was on a news show s---ing up to the press...which is nice but he is just covering his own arse.
Just a delay. Not cancelled. We're expanding the list. I think a new round of retention bonus is in order for SM & PJ. How many of you do we have to cut in order to fund another $60M?
