I'm retired after 49 years in the wholesale auto parts business. I worked for CARQUEST 14 years. sales. Then came AAP. Retail. Wholesale and Retail can work together. "MindSet" there is a fine line between the two programs. Everyone needs to understand and be trained how they both work to grow business of each program.
People are your best asset. You take of them and they will take care of you. Give them the training opportunity to be the professional they want to be on the Retail and the wholesale. Professional people earn the customers trust on both programs. You can't help but grow your business doing it the customer way.
