Random question in regards to the upcoming "PAYED" Holiday that Kellogg offers: Any Region or Zone making the D.C ,Drivers, KSR AND KM work the the 4th as a regular day... This is soooo unethical and what a way to respect the work force... If so what should be done to STOP it from happening... 8 more weeks of HELL!!!!

Our DC is sending out the regular Tuesday orders on Wednesday that week, so the drivers won't be working.
The first holiday after the merch/sales split last year (Memorial Day) they had some of us scheduled to work, myself included. After a lot of complaining and being shown that it was a complete waste of time, our MM didn't do it again on subsequent holidays. This year they finally developed a clue and went back to the way we did it before the split: we would simply move our day off to match the delivery schedule. Who would have thought that we were doing it in a sensible manner in the first place?

The only thing I hate about having to work on 4th of July is our stupid management trying to push stupid displays like Cheez It's or Club. I've never been to a 4th of July BBQ with these crackers at my table. I ain't putting out any displays of that s**t either at my stores. I baled a bunch of hutches today so my excuse is " I don't have any hutches". Screw this K-ult.
I doubt the drivers or ksr will work on the 4th my bet it everything will be a day behind the wk of the 4th
