Thread regarding T.D. Williamson, Inc. layoffs

Management in the TMP is the main reason this company is fading fast! People in charge of the decision making do not have a clue of how to run the company ! It was not always this way however. Mr Williamson treated people with respect and dignity. New plant manager took over a few years ago and has run the company into the ground. New don't do this and that almost daily. Silly, Stupid, employee harassment has led to this company's demise. Too bad for this once successful industry GIANT! What a shame!
