Just two cents, how is it fair to American workers who have families to support that their wages are being driven down to levels where it will make it hard to make a decent living. We live here, not in a lower cost country that we can go back to. It is sad to think that having a degree and years of experience in IT might one day make you just a little more than someone who flips burgers for a living. H1B visas are being abused, it was suppose to be to hire people with skills that no one else in this country had, there are many Americans that can code VB, C#, and SQL just as well as anyone coming over for this on an H1B. I agree it is time that CEO's and upper level managers start serving jail sentences for this practice. But they are greedy, bigger bonuses and kickbacks under the table from some of the consulting companies are playing to their greed and causing this mess.

How f---ing stupid do you need to be to believe that CSC or HP or HPE will smuggle people in the US just so they can pay them peanuts. To even believe that, it makes you RACIST, and STUPID. People will lose their jobs, it is what it is, GET USED WITH IT.
Demand higher wages, you can't do that in North America. If you do they will let you go and hire someone else, and most likely from India.
When clients are charged for India resources the rate is way higher than the India resources make. For North America workers it's in the ball park. So India resources are a MUCH larger profit
Hey guys - Try having a little decorum and class. The cost of living in India is significantly lower than in the US. These are people trying to make a living and support families. No different than yourself. Blame the greedy corporations and Executives whose pay continues to rise. Anonymously calling people names who have lost their jobs makes you a bully and a troll. It's not a good look on you. You can do better.

Who is stupider, us for asking if companies are unethically bringing in illegal under priced workers to the U.S., or you who will not stick up for your own skills and experience and demand higher wages?
