Anyone know if the new PRB approval process is something HPE was doing and now DXC is using this lovely process???

PRB was not an HPE process, that comes from CSC ( with some changes now for DXC).
I've never heard of this PRB process in HPE. Ariba (SmartBuy in HPE vernacular) purchases had to be reviewed by management up to director level, with certain purchases on auto approval (laptop memory for example).
I made sure to get my procurement through before the CSC takeover, and can therefore say with confidence this was CSCs process only.
Procurement Review Board - They review all purchases and have to approve before you can submit a request in Ariba Procurement system.
What is PRB?
PRB was used in CSC for sure. More and more things had to go though it as time went on.
