Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

"F" Kelloggs

I've caused about $20K in refusals the last 2 months or more by encouraging receivers to refuse loads at Wal Mart and many other chains. I don't feel bad about it, I'm going down with this ship. LOL.!

Man as I read these comments it's a shame to even see this . I am another manager in the company and I care so much about what I do and also my employees . I have helped run territories, helped my KSRs throw cases , helped the merchandisers throw cases or whatever I could do to help the screwed up system . I was a rep for 10 years before I was promoted.

For me to see or hear of someone intentionally causing more issues for themselves puzzles me . I understand that everyone is but hurt about their situations but man if you want to do that bad of a job then just leave .

Yes Kelloggs screwed everyone, yes they are going about this the wrong way but at the end of the day right is right and wrong is wrong . But please take my advice and don't burn any bridges .. you never know where you are anyone else may land and cross paths again .

Most decisions on employees are already made before they meet for a new job or other employment opportunities so if your name comes across negatively you will more than likely be black balled.

But from the comments by the Reps on here I don't think you even care and that's fine too. I wish you guys the best of luck and get used to the "REPORTS" with technology pretty much taking over the world "REPORTS" will not go away .. if you can't adjust and keep up you will be left out .. but right now you probably don't even care and that's the saddest part of it all

Good luck to you all !!!!!!

Funniest thread on this entire site. So very true about the "reports" and the lazy a-- DSMs who don't do sh-- but press forward. Kellogg forgot when they implemented Project Wilson that reps would have zero time to actually read and discuss a report to decision makers. The people who are staying saved themselves. At least in the West that is the case. They all took pay cuts but are still well over six figures so it certainly wont hurt them like it will us grunts.

LMAO, I never knew this thread would bring so much division amongst fellow Kelloggs employees. I'm just keeping it real. If you're losing your job, and you're still a "company" employee and defending Kelloggs till death do you part, you are an idiot. You've been brainwashed by this K-ult. Forget about K-Values, Kelloggs don't care about you and your family. I really enjoyed giving up our displays to Nabisco today. LMAO.

I wonder if Kelloggs has a report on their reports. And a report on who reads or accesses which reports. Maybe there's a report on the most popular reports. Maybe a report on the lonely reports which don't get much love. That's the one of the biggest problems with this company: the F Tards that run their end of the business through reports. No wonder the Company is thriving!

Go ahead and look at your report. The "report" culture of this company is pathetic. People hiding behind reports. Rename the company 'Reports' not Kelloggs. Get your head out of your buTT and maybe go into a store once a year. You have NO idea what is going on in the stores.

Reports....wow...great response...next your going to say your daddy makes more money then my daddy.

You must be an idiot as well. Your posting thing on this web site as well. You have to see that Kelloggs is destroying Keebler or aren't you bright enough to see that? Probably not! Get a life, loser!

lol you sure changed your tune quickly when you read those bonuses and severance packages would go away . I know that the people on this post are idiots because B1P does not show returns and refusals that comes from the weekly under minimum and return/ refusal report .

The entire country is high in refusals so it will be difficult to pin point just one . But as far as the unemployment line .. I will not be there . I have a stellar resume which will prevent me from that spot already reserved for you idiots on here .

But I'm looking through the reports now .. and you might end up in the unemployment line faster than you think with your "backbone" and the other person wit the "hot air" comment

I'll let you know who I am after I get ALL my bonuses, severance package. In the meantime, I'm going to continue to do my dirty work. You're probably just a lazy manager that never comes out into the field, and sits their a.. on a desk all day forwarding emails. You need to get fired. I've been the backbone for a couple of decades. I'll see you at the unemployment line. We're all going down MOFOS.

Well if you're truly a manager with this company, then it shouldn't be too hard to do a little research and find a territory with a high refusal rate like the one the OP mentions.

There are numerous reports that can be pulled. Start on B1P.

Look forward to hearing back from you and you outing the OP. Otherwise, you're nothing but hot air just like the other managers of this company.

I am a manager in the company and I wish I knew who you were . What you are saying makes absolutely no sense .. with all of the double bonus money out there to make and you are purposely causing refusals ? Why are you even still working .. just quit !! I would fire your dumb a-- just so you couldn't receive any of the stay bonuses or extended severance ...

What an idiot . You are probably a C preforming rep anyway .. good riddance!!!
