I just have my over "21" kids meet at the strip club to study life drawing. Teaches them to concentrate on the poses.
This person is perfect example of who should NOT be teaching. If the students are not performing in your classroom then part of the problem is you! Students want to learn, they crave interaction, they are there for a reason and you are not delivering. It is about making the subject matter interesting and challenging. You just blame everyone but yourself. Please quite and don't go to the community colleges either, then deserve better too. Try managing a bar or fast food joint, maybe you can complain to your customers all your want there.

The students being enrolled are not capable of college level work and should never have been enrolled in the first place. Not everyone is capable of college level work. We have community colleges so people can figure this out with the least amount of pain emotionally and financially.
I feel your pain. I'm so tired of "persisting" students who show up two hours late and expect me to give them the lecture and demonstration. Or students who don't bother doing homework and run to the program chair when there are consequences. I want my students to succeed, but at some point they have to want it too.
Don't over do it. All they really care about is if you get them In to meet PA so they get paid.
